We welcome your feedback

At Outcomes Connect Australia, your feedback matters. We value your compliments, suggestions, and concerns as they help us continue to improve our services and ensure we are providing the best possible support. We encourage you to share when we’ve done a great job supporting you or the participant you advocate for, and we also welcome any suggestions on how we can improve.

Your privacy and confidentiality

Any feedback you provide is handled sensitively and confidentially. It will not impact your care or the services you receive. If you prefer, you can provide feedback anonymously, but this may limit our ability to update you on any actions taken as a result.

Managing complaints

We are committed to creating positive outcomes for participants, their families, and communities. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service and wish to make a complaint, we take this seriously and will work to resolve it fairly and promptly.

If you provide your details, we will acknowledge your complaint, ensure we understand the issue, and involve you in the resolution process. We will also keep you updated on any actions taken. If you are making a complaint on behalf of a participant or they are directly affected, we will include them in the process in a way that respects their needs. We also use feedback to make continuous improvements to our services.

Providing independent feedback

If you would like to speak with an independent third party, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or visit www.ndiscommission.gov.au.
